Our story
A Note from Alexandra
The idea for Novina Body Essentials began when I realized that most body care products treat the skin below our necks as an afterthought.
I wanted the same level of botanical luxury, barrier-repairing science, and thoughtful formulation that I expect from high-end skincare, but crafted specifically for the body.
Every Novina product is built around true skin wellness—intensely nourishing and designed to bring your body back to its most comfortable, resilient state.
The inspiration behind this collection came from a deeply personal place: a need for thoughtfully formulated, clean beauty, with compassion for people navigating cancer and other health challenges. I wanted to approach body care with greater care and intention, recognizing how personal the search for comfort can be.
That need became even more personal after I was diagnosed with postpartum hypothyroidism. My skin became dry and scaly and struggled to retain moisture. That experience shaped my desire to create nourishing body care that makes everyday care feel more comforting and considered.
